  • I have tried FESS little nose with mu Bub but getting the saline into his nose and aspirating after is quiete aweful but it seems to relieve his congestion’s quite a bit!

  • There’s not really a quick fix but rest, paracetamol for fever, olive leaf extract, lots of water can help.

  • Ethical nutrients immune defence has been my go to for years

  • I’m a little confused by other posts that mention pregnancy and/or bubs …. If this is just advice for yourself you are after (and not pregnant) than Pharmacy own brand Cold and Flu tablets work very well. Providing you get onto them at the first sign of a sniffle, they will help combat the runny nose, headaches and aches and pains.

  • Are you asking this for yourself during pregnancy? Or for your baby?
Either way I would speak with a pharmacy to make sure it is suitable. Most are very helpful and always double check the packaging before buying just in case. I was recommended iodine throat gargle when pregnant and that’s a no, no.

  • Personally I don’t believe much in over the counter stuff for colds. Rest, plenty of vitamins, sufficient liquid intake, raw honey and lemon juice and elderberry syrup

  • Armour force tablets from the pharmacy

  • I’ve found that the best for my bub recently is the Vick’s Vaporizer, fess saline nasal spray and using the nose frida!

  • Starting day with warm water honey and lemon.
    Vick rub

  • Hm I love benadryl find it works best for sore throats
