I have tried FESS little nose with mu Bub but getting the saline into his nose and aspirating after is quiete aweful but it seems to relieve his congestion’s quite a bit!
I’m a little confused by other posts that mention pregnancy and/or bubs …. If this is just advice for yourself you are after (and not pregnant) than Pharmacy own brand Cold and Flu tablets work very well. Providing you get onto them at the first sign of a sniffle, they will help combat the runny nose, headaches and aches and pains.
Are you asking this for yourself during pregnancy? Or for your baby?
Either way I would speak with a pharmacy to make sure it is suitable. Most are very helpful and always double check the packaging before buying just in case. I was recommended iodine throat gargle when pregnant and that’s a no, no.
Personally I don’t believe much in over the counter stuff for colds. Rest, plenty of vitamins, sufficient liquid intake, raw honey and lemon juice and elderberry syrup
