Thanks jazbright. I’ve heard if maca powder and never realised where it came from. Now I see it what it is before it becomes the powder. Loving the superfoods!

What sort of recipe asks for this powder? Guessing it’s expensive too?

Maca is not a supplement it is a REAL FOOD. related to the radish & found in Peru available mostly on powder form. It is Rich in B C & E Calcium Zinc Iron Magnesium Phosphorous & amino acids & restores red blood cells.
Alot of just discovered “super foods” are being called supplements & they are not that. It’s just more bang for your buck just like spinach was & when mushrooms became the “meat for vegetarians”.

This had me intrigued – then I read health food thing – nope, will stick to real food!!

Its a supplement powder, has protein, minerals, vitamins, amino acids, its a health food thing.
