Hello!

Looking forward to invest in a best sunscreen brand you would recommend and skincare products that include SPF.

  • It is always a good idea to product test sunscreen on your own skin. I always go for sunscreen that gives the strongest coverage and applies easily. I like to slather it on and always use Cancer Council approved sunscreen.

  • I have always found this to be a personal choice as every sunscreen is different. I personally like the spray on sunscreen and the roll on as it is easier to apply but again not everyone likes this. I always try for a 50+ as the sun in Australia is so intense.

  • The first thing I look for is a broad-spectrum, water resistant sunscreen that is SPF30 or above. I was recommended LA Roche-Posay by a dermatologist which I’ve found great – it’s also good for sensitive skin. I also use Cancer Council branded sunscreen and Banana Boat.

I use Cetaphil Daily Facial Moisturiser that has SPF15 or 50
