Hello!

I’m going to start my own candle business within the next few weeks and I was just wondering what everyone’s favourite candle scent is and why? It would greatly help me out. Thank you.

  • I love Lime and Coconut – so tropical!, fresh, fruity scents like Strawberry and Raspbery, and refreshing, zingy citrus scents (orange and mandarin). Good luck!

  • My favourite is always vanilla. I just love the scent. I’m not a fan of some of the really floral ones. Someone recently bought me an apple cinnamon scented one and I love that too! Good luck with the business!

  • Vanilla and lemon. I find these scents not overpowering.

  • Anything fruity or vanilla

  • how about coconut? i’m not sure i’ve ever come across coconut candles but I think it’s the best smell in the world. It always reminds me of the beach

  • I love lime and coconut melts…they are so fresh and tropical.

  • Sandalwood. Beautiful.

  • We love vanilla. Its or favourite. Also clean fragrances like linen and melon.

  • Love mango, mint and cinnamon in candles! Good luck with everything.

  • I like sandalwood, but not too strong!

  • Mango & papaya
    Musk stick
    Coconut & lime
    Black Raspberry

  • Good Luck with your candle business,l love Jasmine and also Rose.

  • I love flowery scents – rose, lilac, freesias etc.

  • I love citrus scents like orange or lemon. So refreshing.

  • Coffee and Chocolate. Always lovely to walk into a home with the smell of brewed coffee.
I also like soft smell of Powder in Baby’s rooms, Ensuites and powder rooms.
    Baby Powder (White Musk).

  • Coconut and vanilla I’m the biggest sucker for 🙂 😉

  • Mango would be my favourite candle scent at the moment. Its not too strong but it leaves my house smelling really nice and inviting. I’ve had heap of visitors tell me they can smell it as soon as they walked into my home.

  • Vanilla and citrus. Vanilla is relaxing and citrus is a great pick me up without being too “heady” I find.

  • Vanilla. It’s delicate and not too intrusive.

  • Rose is another favourite scent. It also smells wonderful throughout the house and also has a lovely romantic association.
