it is hard to find but some suggestions can be a learning support officer in schools, a cafe/restaurant that only opens for lunches, direct support worker or you can use platforms such as HireUp to make your own jobs and hours.
I think you may need to think outside the box. Something that is flexible ideally and see if your neighbours can help out with kids. Maybe before/after school a few days a week and then reciprocate with their kids on days you’re not working.
Just about all work places have jobs, it all depends what you’re looking for. Whatever you decide, make it known right from the start what hours you can do and why
