Hello!

I use moisturiser on my feet but my heels still get very dry and the skin cracks a little bit. What products do you recommend for dry and cracked heels?

  • Btw I found removing of the dry hard skin more important then the ointments ! Use the foot vile every time before you shower and it makes a huge difference !

  • I use vaseline or cocnut oil and a cotton sock and a foot vile to remove hard and dry skin.

  • I have used Eulactol in the past and it’s really good. :)

  • Some great advice. I didn’t post thins but thanks!

  • QV heel balm by Ego is fantastic!

  • A foot scrub and file and also foot moisturiser :)

  • Thanks Kell!

  • I posted a recipe for a foot scrub on Mom…. its made from things in your cupboard and it works. type Foot scrub in the search bar

  • I use Eulacatol “heal balm Gold” for the cracked heals and use Scholl pedi roller to get rid of dead skins. They both work well for me.

  • ROBYN_SMITHWICK, most pharmacies have it and also Priceline and Chemist Warehouse. It’s great.

  • I prefer Du’it to Eulacytol (find it rubs in better without a greasy feel and smells like peppermint) I also have a School pedi roller that is great.

  • Eulactol gold heel balm is good.

  • Where do you buy Du it? It sounds good so does the Avon heel balm.

  • There is a really good moisturising balm called Du’it. It’s awesome. You put it on at night with a pair of socks and it does all the work while you sleep! Just be careful when you jump into the shower in the morning because it’s majorly slippery!

  • My podiatrist treats my heels 6 weekly with gentle exfoliating & Heel Balm I use in between to keep them smooth.

  • Depending on what you can afford I’ve tried the Avon cracked heel balm and found using it overnight with socks on worked well, within 3 days my heels showed signs of cracked heels improving. It took 7 days for my heels to show no cracks but I did have extremely cracked heels……Goodluck

  • Definitely Heel Balm,it’s fantastic and works!

  • Olive oil.

  • i use eulactol gold or heel balm

  • I will give the coconut oil a go thanks so much!
