  • Sleep! people told me that you wouldn’t get sleep once you have children, i mistakenly believed it was only during the newborn phase and that once they slept through the night i would get plenty of sleep. Wrong!

  • Sleep and food prep.

  • I was well prepared and ready for birth.

  • My first definitely sleep, my second, I tried but couldn’t sleep. With baby 2, due to complications with baby 1, I had to go to a particular hospital. The entire pregnancy I hated that idea and really wanted to go to the same as my first, even though it was a little further. I wished I had of stuck to that plan because honestly I was dying to be discharged, my care bordered on neglect, a huge difference to my first. I was glad I wasn’t a first time Mum or I would have had no idea. It wasn’t just me btw, it was 5 beds to the room and there was 2 c section first time Mums and another Mum struggling with breastfeeding, no help and rations for food. The 5th Mum had 2 other kids and like me couldn’t get discharged quick enough

  • Sleep

  • Maybe get my legs waxed??

  • Made more freezer meals. My toddler ate some very slapped together dinners after my ceasar with baby #2.

  • Relaxed more. Every little pain, cramp, symptom I was on edge thinking is this it? I was constantly googling everything lol

  • I would have prepared more for the change to my body. I remember leaving the hospital and the bra I was wearing was shockingly too small for the change that happened when the breast milk came in. It was quite funny.

  • I can’t think about anything.
