Microwave is my food and bottle heater of choice. My son had a great little bottle warmer. You set the temp, popped the bottle in and it heats to the temp you’ve set, no matter how long you leave it there for. I loved it, really helped out an un tech savvy grandma

The microwave is convenient when you don’t have time. I use a saucepan to warm food up if I have a bit of time and need to boil the foods again . I have a friend who didn’t trust microwaves for a long time because her mum believed microwaves were unsafe. I think it is whatever you are used to really .

With my first child I got a middle range bottle warmer, but ended up using the microwave for convenience and middle of the night feeds. Then i had twins who were preemie and when they got rid of their tubes and the hospital started bottle feeding – they just sat the bottles in a bowl warm water. I continued this. It was so simple, heated up 2 bottles at once and as it was only warm not boiling water – they got used to room temp bottles and were much less fussy and would take a bottle much easier than my first. I honestly wish i knew this before spending money on a warmer!

Honestly, I always just used a cup of near boiling water and used that as a water bath.

It does depend on the price you want to pay too.

I also use the Avent warmer and it works really quickly. You have to be careful it doesn’t get too hot though,

I use the avent bottle warmer . It’s quick and easy and because it’s small can take it when visiting relatives. For food I just want up in the microwave.

I have used an avent bottle warmer since birth. He is now on solids and we were given a tommee tippee processor and food warmer in one. It is great to have.

I have an avent Warmer but to be honest I’ve never used it, it is still in the packaging. I find it easy enough to boil water in the microwave and then sit the bottle in the hot water
