I’m sure I’ve heard of one, but sorry, I can’t remember the details. Would the school advertise in the school newsletter? Do you families with younger kids coming up who might need the books?

ask the school to put an ad in their newsletter or office. advertise for free on gumtree. my child’s school has a place where they will sell your books and uniforms and then call you to collect the money or you are able to straight up donate these items to them. make sure that they will require that edition for the next year as some textbooks are changed out regularily

Try Gumtree….might be an easy way to get rid of them.

There are heaps of Facebook pages dedicated to this – just type textbook into the search bar and review all the options for the one most applicable to your area

Maybe check through second hand book shops; they will have links to selling.
