Thanks all moms for the advice :)! I managed to locate a local GP at friend’s advice and visited the private obstetrician on first visit this week.

I have family and friend who lives around that way . I would ask your trusty GP for a recommendation . If it is a public hospital it is not much choice as my friend had to go to Liverpool to have all her children and she lives in Kings Langley , but technically its not that far but also not considered local. Just tell the GP you want a private hospital and I am sure they can assist you .

Your GP should be able to give you a referral to a reputable obstetrician

Is it the Hills area of Sydney?
I would contact the hospital you hope to deliver at and see who operates from there also.
