  • You are certainly going through a trying time. Thyroid glands can be a pain in the backside if they don’t function properly. My 2 lovely daughters developed thyroid problems after having children.

  • Oh sweetie, you poor thing I thought 2 operations on same shoulder was bad enough but 4, hope all goes well this time and it’s all over for you, I’m now maybe looking at ankle surgery due to a fall and I’m over operations even though one 12 months was cosmetic and my choice but now with so many in such short time frame is taking till on not just health, mental and physical but my family also, chin up good luck and will be praying for you.

  • I have thyroid disease too – it’s a bugger of a disease!
I once lost almost all my thigh muscles due to hyperthyroidism – couldn’t get up off the floor, and there was so much loose skin on my thighs that I could pull it out and flap it around. So I feel your frustration – and I hope your operation goes well.
