Hi all just asking for some ideas on how o get over a ex. I have know my ex for 26 years we where only together for three yrs and I loved him like no other left my marriage for him to start the life I thought we should of shared together from the start we always had a emotional affair for years ad I was so totally in love with him. After we had our child together he left me saying his older kids weren’t happy and they where fighting with my other child every time they came to my place it was hard on both of us but I always believed he loved me the way I loved him and would come home again as he kept in contact with me every day and came a saw me and his baby every week, sent flowers kissed me and did odd jobs around my place.. But know I have found out his is with another woman and im totally shattered I really believed he loved only me he said its not serious he has even cried on messages on my home phone saying how sorry he is but I haven’t seen him in 2 months and he hasn’t contacted me for a wk. I haven’t contacted him not once in 30 days today but im so upset and cant stop crying I love him so much the only thing getting me threw each day is my 2 boys and the belief that he has to be missing us. im taking st johns wort tablets to help with my grief and the pain im in. Ive seen a concilor before when he first left but think I will need to go back to see her again. some friendly loving advice is only what I want to here please help me get threw this painful hurt
