Hello!

My baby daughter is 7 months old and i am due to go back to work at the end of october, the thought of it sickens me, i dont want to leave her and not spend every day with her :( I work in childcare so she will be with me in the same centre, but its just not the same and I dont really want her to be disturbed by me dropping in on breaks to see her, i think this may confuse her slightly. Money is starting to become really tight and I know that I do eventually have to return but gee its hard to think about! :(

  • I remember when I first dropped my toddler off at childcare. She followed me to the windows and was watching me leave (so I thought). It is a difficult and sad time. But once you see how much fun your baby is having and how confident your baby is with others, and hopefully, you will feel better about the whole thing.

  • At least you’ll have first hand knowledge of her carers.
