Material

1 packet yoyo biscuits
1 packet smarties
1 packets snakes
1 packet 100s & 1000s
1 packet icing sugar

Method

To start making the icing sugar. Make sure its thick.
Then spread on the yoyo biscuit .
Now the fun part start making the funny face using smarties lolly snakes and 100s & 1000s

Notes

This is a cute idea for kids parties. That are super yummy.
