Silver Cross has launched its newest pram, which comes with an eye-watering five-figure price tag.

Silver Cross has collaborated with Lamborghini to launch the Reef AL Arancio – a luxe stroller that will set parents back $10,000.

Described as having sleek and dynamic lines that are inspired by a Lamborghini, the super stroller boasts unique fabrics and framework, an angular carrycot, sculpted automotive-style pushchair seat and origami storage basket.

Made from high performance suede and Italian leather with a high gloss polycarbonate carrycot with integrated mesh for ultimate performance, there are only 500 being released worldwide, with pre-orders now open.

The exxy stroller comes with a carrycot, pushchair seat, chassis, footmuff, two rain covers, car seat adapters, cup holder, a sun sail and mosquito cover.

With hand-finished details and a striking design, despite the price, we’re sure the limited edition strollers will be snapped up.

  • Nice pram, but I would find more practical things to spend the money on.

  • It actually does not look like a expensive Pram just the name of it says it all hahahaha

  • Alongside all the other sensible comments here, I’ll add that arent you putting a very expensive target on yourself to get mugged? Ie ‘look at me, Im loaded and may have other rich accessories worth your while trying to grab’ – it’s the pram equivalent of a flipping Birkin!!!!
Would feel tasteless to be using/flaunting this when even in our First World countries kids are going hungry and homelessness and lack of affordable living are so rife. I guess if you have the money it’s yours to spend as you see fit, but it has a Marie Antoinette vibe of ‘let them eat cake’ to the majority of the population. Expensive not necessarily classy move!

  • This is absolutely ridiculous! Talk about the rich getting richer! There is absolutely no need for such excess. This sort of thing is purely for people to show off how wealthy they are. There is no noticeable difference between this pram and other similar styled ones for a fraction of the cost!

  • I agree with your comments and do not understand the need to buy designer labels and to show them off. It is always good to be sensible and practical and live within ones means. It is important to never keep up with anyone else or to compare your things or your life to anyone else. Also, there are so many other things that amount of money could buy that would be of huge benefit to everyone in the family.

  • Holy wow!!! Silvercross is such a fabulous pram brand. I had one for my first baby. I couldn’t justify the cost for my second though, although they are very nice!
This one looks amazing and I’m sure any baby would feel very comfortable in this!!! If money wasn’t an issue then why not. These days especially though I don’t think many would be forking out for the proce tag

  • Wow! I am sure the pram is lovely but the price is steep. Never thought I would feel so broke because of a pram haha. I feel like people would be buying it because of the brand names, and not because of the features it offers. Kudos to those that can afford such luxury.

  • Wow now that’s just next level. I can’t believe there is a pram worth that much money. Im sure its fantastic but when a pram costs that much, I would want it to self clean and sterilise, set up itself and put down again every time I have to put it in and out of the car, id also want it to make me a coffee before walks.

  • I long for the days when we were practical and sensible. We live in a world now with so many wanting to show off with brand names and labels. What an absolute waste of money when there are people starving and homeless in the world. I;d be ashamed to walk past them while pushing this. We used to be our beautiful babies that we wanted to show of.

  • Ill have three please!!!! Not!!! Honestly I’m sure it’s great quality and yes it’s very fancy with some fantastic features but unless its gold plated ( and actually even if it was) i can think of many things id prefer to spend that sort of money on but I guess it’ll have it’s buyers or they wouldn’t bother making it…

  • No way, what a price !! I can not believe that people are willing to buy this pram or even have such money to buy this pram. It might have an unique design and great features, but personally I would not consider it worth it that amount of money. I know for sure what I would rather do with $10.000 🙂

  • We were fortunate and sensible enough to buy a pram at a very affordable and reasonable price and truly it was not used for very long. The children were keen to get out of the pram and walk as soon as possible. We were happy to have them walking too and not be bothered with a pram.

  • Very cute and has some quality materials, but unless it can get itself in my car on its own and self clean the crumbs between the nooks and crannies, I can’t see the value haha. I’d have my cute OiOi seat cover and bag hanging off it anyway, so it’ll take away from the car cred

  • On this site, I doubt I’m alone in thinking this is not a good use of money. But as you say, I’m sure there will be others who’ll pounce on it. It looks good, but that’s just not enough for me.

  • Where is the engine for Ten Grand I expect to drive it down the road and fast .

  • Wow $10,000 for a pram is utterly ridiculous for a pram that is going to get thrown around and thrown up on. I feel this money would be better spent on something else but hey if you have the money for it and are happy to spend this amount, then why not. It is a personal choice.

  • Goodness! Although it’s a beautiful looking pram i cant justify the price of something thats only going to be used for a short period of their life before they outgrow it! I suppose if you had the money and you wanted to splurge on something, but definitely not something i could imagine!
