The Goldfinch – Donna Tartt – even better than her last novel The Secret History – that stayed in my mind for years, this book is a tome and could knock someone out, but it’s worth every bit of the effort.

novelist Paul Auster takes a look at himself. He sees childhood scars, and remembers youthful emotions. Then he tells us the story of his life. It’s thoughtful and gently gripping a very good tone for a memoir. how about to think fondly of the past in winter
