I’m a bit of a noodle when I cooking so I wouldn’t even attempt making pasta unless I had a machine, I’d love to eat fresh pasta and this may make me an expert noodle in the kitchen!

This brings back such good memories of living in Africa when we made everything from scratch. The beauty of that was we lived a healthy diet and always knew exactly what we were eating. Furthermore making your own pasta is fun and gives a great sense of fulfillment.
