  • Pita bread pizzas are my family’s favourite healthy, made at home takeaway, and to make things even better they love making them themselves just as much.


  • Chicken Tonight, quick and easy to make. Brown chicken, add veggies and Chicken Tonight sauce and cook for 15 mins and while that is cooking I cook 1 and 1/4 cup of rice for 15 mins and they are both ready at the same time and kids love it.


  • zucchini muffins – the whole family love them and the kids don’t even realise that they are healthy


  • San Choi Bau; so cheap and cheerful to make – not to mention clean plates!


  • Crumbed Chicken – they love it. A family favourite for sure.


  • ROAST CHICKEN GARDEN SALAD ITS YUM YUM AND A FAVOURITE WITH EVERYONE


  • There’s one meal that leaves clean bowls and happy faces at my house and it’s Zuchinni noodles with spinach and avocado sauce. So quick to prepare, add a sprinkle of Parmesan on top and it’s a winner!


  • Mince chow mein. It’s so easy and healthy. everyone digs into it. Surprised me with my fussy Household.


  • Left over roast made into mini meat and veggie pies. Saves on waste, saves time & saves money. All round brilliant.


  • Chicken curry and vegetables with basmati rice.


  • Our family’s favourite healthy meal would have to be fried salmon and a fresh salad on the side.


  • We love to eat Lasagne and salad. So tasty and great to eat winter or summer. I add lots of vegetables to my lasagne. So it is a complete meal.

  • Lately we have been having a lot of meat pies. From an old 1980s cookbook. Meat Pie that tastes better than store bought.


  • Our favourite healthy family meal is salmon on Asian roasted pumpkin with spinach and nuts! Our daughter loves it!


  • We love Poke bowls so fresh and delicious


  • Tacos/burritos, corn/gluten free, seasonal herbs/veggies for salsa, tasty bean/meat mix, topped with healthy veggies and coconut yoghurt (dairy free). Enough variety to be different every time or the perennial favourite some enjoy. Delicious, light, healthy and oh so versatile, Something that everyone can participate in preparing/eating joyfully, if somewhat messily!
