  • I am a new teacher and the mother of 8 children, the healthier I am, the better for everyone. Especially since, as a teacher, I tend to catch all the flus and bugs from the kids at school


  • Eat lots of fresh veg, get at least 30 minutes of sun a day and excerise at least 60 minutes a day.


  • Spend a minimum of 45 minutes in the sun every day!


  • After having one of the worst colds I’ve ever had, I now take vitamin c and Echinacea daily but this looks so much better!


  • Eat loads of green vegetable, raw garlic with a touch of honey and plenty of sleep.

  • I am ashamed to say I currently don’t do anything specific to support my immune system – and I am feeding another human too! Although, I eat relatively healthy – no coffee etc., and go for an hour walk every day!

  • I have been trying to eat better and exercise more but have not really taken anything extra at this stage as have recent left partner due to domestic violence after 12 years so cash flow is an issue but just mentally trying to stay healthy for my kids.


  • Keep my eye out for interesting new products like this!!!. I’ve never heard of lactoferrin but from a quick google it is definitely something I would like to try due to its potential role in regulating bacterial infections, inhibiting virus etc. …. I also have plenty of vitamin C!

    Everyone takes a multivitamin, stays home when unwell, and gets plenty of rest.
    Lots of water also helps.
