So long summer holidays, hello back to school!

Help your kids be organised this new school year with the latest range of cool pens from Pilot Pen. The right school tools can make homework easier and more fun and Pilot Pen has a stack of different pens suitable for fine handwriting, doing sums, highlighting, colouring-in and more.

The Frixion pens with built-in eraser are particularly handy because if kids make a mistake they simply rub out and rewrite – how neat is that?! Pilot also has special Frixion erasers and fun ink stamps for hours of endless fun and planning.

  • Write lists, draw charts, post-its and checklists, leave no chance for something to be forgotten!

  • Be prepared and get help, such as submitting your booklist for someone else to organise – this was a lifesaver for me this year as with 3 kids I didn’t have time to shop around

  • Planning ahead.I am a newbie to school as daughter just started kindy.Planning writing in diary shopping ahead.

  • We shop til we drop, Pack backpacks and when this is complete, practice our writing, dressing and morning routine – trying to break our record daily.

  • Getting the kids organised for school is busy and crazy first i make sure im well stocked up on coffee ill need it to get through. I pray the kids will be able to get up and ready for school in time after hoildays without the drama. I source for best value but good quialty school things they seem to need so much we do a lot of vargaining over lunch boxes drink bottles penicil cases and backpack these seem to be the most important got to have the right one looks are everything to my kids. Its a gard road but with compromise and lots of patience we get there

  • Organised?!? Lol we somehow make it! Don’t know how but we do.

  • I homeschool my, almost 16yo daughter, and really do recommend pilot pens. We’ve found them to be fantastic value for money.

  • Plan in advance !

  • We have a chart of all things we need to do.

  • Start early in getting things like bags books pencils etc then school clothing just before school does go back to make sure of fitting and the last but not least the school shoes they should be brought a couple of weeks pry to going back to wear then in a bit get them adjusted to there feet

  • I shop the book list early, make sure I have what I need way in advance. Get the kids back into a routine a few weeks before school starts so there’s no need for rushing and crying when school goes back.
    I love being organised!!

  • Contact all their books and them to write their names on them. Label their clothes. To make it a little exciting for them I always let them go choose a new pencil case, lunch box and key ring to go on their school bag.

  • Separate lists for each child, mark off each item as it’s acquired and put it into separate box marked with their name. It’s the only way to keep track of everything needed for four children!

  • I am a list maker. I find it’s the only way I can be truly prepared and organised and remember what is required!
Kids have now followed suit and make their own lists.

  • I start stocking up on school snacks when I see them on special so we never run out!

  • Lots of lists which the children tick off as each item is bought or packed etc. Start early so the work of buying their items is spread out over time. Labelled plastic storage tubs with lids so they can keep their items tidy and know where they are.

  • By making lunches the night before and getting his clothes ready the night before and making sure his bag is packed and ready as well. l also make cheese and vegemite or banana muffins for a quick and easy breakfast too.

  • Make Christmas Practical by wrapping all their back to school needs and popping them under the tree!!

  • The school starting in kinder and year 3 is all about routine and fun. Homemade treats, colouring and afternoon relaxing after a big school day.

  • I have 4 teenagers in high school, so being organised is a must! I like to make their lunches the night before, and have them on a rotating roster for uniform washing ????
