  • A crispy Mediterranean pizza topped with all my favorites. Ham, salami, olives, sun dried tomatoes, capsicum then topped with oregano, chili, garlic powder and extra tasty cheese on top

  • I would make a lamb, beetroot and feta pizza with fresh rocket on a handmade base, I would then drizzle tzatiki on top..yum!

  • Pesto base with salami and red capsicum, black olives, red onion with fetta cheese and once cooked topped with fresh rocket. DELISH!


  • I’d go for a classic Neapolitan-style pizza with a thin, airy crust, San Marzano tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, fresh basil, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. The high heat of the Cozze would give it a perfect leopard-spotted crust in just a couple of minutes.


  • A Cozze pizza oven would fuel my passion for all things dough! I’d craft blistered sourdough pizzas, fig and gorgonzola flatbreads, Nutella-stuffed calzones, and even cinnamon sugar pizzette. From sweet to savoury, I’d bake mum worthy delights because nothing says “I love you” like golden, crispy, homemade treats!

    I love lots of different ingredients that compliment each other and a nice doughy crust.

  • Looks amazing! I’d love to make our family’s favourite- Hawaiian with added olives! This would make pur home made base and topped pizza extra crispy and delicious!


  • With my new Cozze Pizza Oven, I’d make a Soppressata & Charred Chilli Pizza with a creamy Burrata topping, a recipe that highlights the oven’s ability to achieve a crispy crust and perfectly cooked toppings.


  • 2 year old’s creation: Tomato base with cheese and herbs, topped with olives, pepperoni, anchovies, and spinach, finished off with a nice layer of cheese!


  • My kids would ask for cheese, but my husband and I would go a supreme


  • If I won a Cozze Pizza Oven – I’d create a Fig, Pancetta Gorgonzola Pizza – a perfect blend of sweet, salty and savoury flavours. I’d start with a sourdough base, layering with a drizzle of olive oil and creamy gorgonzola. Thinly sliced fresh figs for sweetness and crispy pancetta for rich saltiness. Once baked to perfection, id finish with a balsamic glaze.
