  • Relaxing bath, leave my phone out of the bedroom and read a good book. If that fails check in to a fancy hotel where no kids can disturb you!

  • I have two small kids. The only way I get decent sleep is to go to bed early!

  • Get into bed early, chamomile tea, a good book (no screen time) and an audio sleep app.


  • Everyone is different how to get a good nights sleep but I cannot sleep in the dark must some light coming in the sheets must be put on perfectly and the pillow once they get too yuck I change them and that is my sleep pattern every night and seems to work lol


  • A quiet, cool, clean and dark room with a very comfortable bed.


  • Best nighttime sleep since having Bub, is using lavender pillow spray on hubby and mine’s pillow each night. the lovely smell is very relaxing that even hubby is asking for some too! Going to bed at an early time, to catch up before we sleep helps us too


  • Not napping! I find when I nap during the day for a few days in a row I start having troubles getting good sleep at night, a good bed and mattress is a + as well!
