  • Hank’s Paw Paw, Lime and Passionfruit would be perfect for Mum’s Bánh Cam (Vietnamese Sesame Balls) recipe. It would add the sweetness and zesty yumminess to the beautiful crunchiness and succulent texture of the sesame balls, giving our traditional recipe the heavenly deliciousness!

  • Strawberry is the flavour that inspires me to cook more for my family, my signature dish is lemonade scones, topped with strawberry jam and cream, they are always so popular with all my family young and old.

  • Apricot flavour is what inspires me to cook better for my family, adding apricot jam to savoury dishes as well as desserts.

  • The flavour that inspires me is Strawberry, it takes me back to mum’s home made scones, they were delicious, I wish she was still around to make them for me.

  • Strawberry is the flavour that inspires me because I grew up eating Strawberry jam and now my kids are doing exactly the same thing, you can’t change tradition.

  • Fig & Cinnamon is the flavour that inspires me because with fruit and spice you are always a winner.

  • Triple Berry inspires me because I believe you can never have enough berries, sweet and delicious always a favourite with the kids.

  • Apricot inspires me because it unique, not too sweet and compliments so many deserts.

  • Strawberry, simple and original is what inspire me, sometime the simplest flavours are the best, there is no need to alter perfection.

  • Fig & Cinnamon because it takes me back to my childhood when mum used to make her own fig jam when we were leaving in Italy.

  • Pear and Vanilla inspire me as Vanilla is my favourite flavour, smooth, rich and decadent.

  • I would absolutely love to make Jam Drop Biscuits with Hank’s Fig & Cinnamon Jam for a fresh change. I am also very excited to try this flavor atop some Date Scones. Absolutely divine.

  • Triple Berry Jam, somehow it sounds healthy and that inspires me to dig right in.

  • Strawberry jam is the traditional and sweet flavour, easy to eat with any other foods and fresh fruit!!
