3 month old poop colour of thickened cream, Is it normal?

Hello!

Formula fed. Was born at 31 weeks now 3 months old. Has been pooping the colour of thickened cream. Used to do 4 poohs a day now is doing 12 a day very watery

Your baby should be taken to your GP, Paediatrician, or even the Emergency Section of a hospital if you can’t get an appointment with the others very quickly before baby dehydrates and has to be put on IV fluids and other medication that is suitable

I hope you’ve take bub to see a doctor as that many poos a day is not good, babies can quickly dehydrate
