  • Is it bad for her to do this? Does it wake her up? I don’t see an issue. My son talks in his sleep.

  • My 4 year old does this. Last night he was crying and when I woke him up he told me he was sad. It’s heartbreaking. We are going to see a specialist.

  • I hope you’re able to help your daughter.

  • Is she having night terrors? Does she wake in the morning still sleepy?
Maybe the solution is a friendly talk with your GP.
Wishing you both all the very best.

  • Maybe have a quieter more calm routine leading to bedtime. Don’t think you can really stop it

  • I’m not sure there’s much you can do to stop this.

  • I’m not sure what would be causing this. Perhaps your GP can help.

  • Pay more attention to what she is doing and eating before sleep. Change the pattern so she is going to bed much more relaxed and at ease. Food has a lot of bearing on childrens behaviours and performances.
