My first point of searching is always Booking .com, then once I refine the search and find options I like I contact the hotels directly. Most of the time they will give you a better deal when booking direct. You can make the search for 3 people 2 rooms and get results

We have stayed in various places in Melbourne and found great places to stay by an online search and then checking out reviews for feedback before choosing an option to meet our needs. It is a good idea to do a search with specific details such as how many rooms, breakfast, particular activities.
