I suppose looking up and finding information on different almond milks might I dont really know

Vitasoy is my favourite brand, but I have found that the non dairy brands don’t produce as much froth as cow’s milk.

We bought a second milk container so I can have Almond milk and the husband have full cream in the other.
I tried the Califia Farms Unsweetened this morning which don’t froth at all so onto the next brand.

I have no answer but I love your idea as I want to stop milk and use almond only

I have no idea on the answer to your question but I am amazed at you making your own milk! I imagine it would be quite low fat which froths really well. My husband prefers to froth low fat milk over the full cream

I do this simple recipe –
Soak the almonds (around 200g) overnight or up to 2 days.
Drain and rinse the almonds. I usually remove the skins.
Combine the almonds, a pinch of salt and 4 cups of water in a blender or food processor.
Blend at the highest speed for 2 minutes.
Strain the almonds (secure a muslin cloth over a bowl and pour the almond mixture over it. Bunch up the cloth and squeeze the milk out),
Filter the milk into an airtight bottle and pop it in the fridge where it’ll last for a good 3 to 4 days
Sweeten to taste.
