I’d say its a tad early but you better go and see your GP to clear things.

Your doctor will confirm whether or not it’s menopause or not but if your between 40-45 they recon a pre- menopause comes on preparing your body, but don’t stress its only natural and it may not even be go to your doctor and let us know how you go. Good Luck = )
