I’m looking for some quick and easy meals for me to cook for myself, my partner and my 15 month old. I work full time 10-6pm 6 days a week so cooking isn’t high on my priority list but I need to start being more pro active so we start eating healthier. We are on a tight budget though of around $70 a week for all of our foods. I have a slow cooker as well if that helps? Any suggestions?
