I think berrys are the best. Blackberries have the most antioxidants apparently over blueberries, strawberries etc. so can help the body most. Perhaps try 1 cup berries, milk, some youghart (if not vegan), 1 banana, 1 tbl ground flaxseed (helps make a thick smoothie and being ground your body can access its nutrients) and 1/4 teaspon tumeric (you don’t notice this and it has such good anti-inflammatory, and other, benefits).
