I’ve seen different short courses listed at chilsholm Tafe. They even had short courses to teach how to use social media. Couldn’t believe when I saw that. Was over $200, so expensive when they could have asked any person to show them how to.
What do you love? There are courses for just about everything these days and a lot of them can be done on line. Photograaphy, aromatherapy, massage, nutrition. The possibilities are endless. Think of something you like and google, google, google haha.
I would look what Tafe has to offer as well, also local news papers are often a great source of info in regards to courses. There is so much on offer; drawing, painting, sewing, pottery, diw workshops, gardening, photography, cooking, dancing, yoga, swimming, gymnastics, fitness, karate, pole dancing, counseling, psychology, and the list goes on.
I’ve done a few course through TAFE and have really enjoyed them. They have a lot of variety and are reasonably priced. I’ve done Time & Management, Sewing and Photography – all of which have been worthwhile!
I have just started an online course on writing for children. Went through Groupon NZ. The course was worth over $1,000 but with Groupon it was $19 Good value for me. They have lots of online courses so worth a look at Groupon au and Groupon NZ. Good Luck with whatever course you decide upon.
