Wouldn’t you tear as much or more than previously?? The Dr. my Mum had her her 2nd baby made a small cut (not sure exactly where) and it stopped the tearing considerably. With the first baby the tear went across on to the top of her leg and took a long time to heal. They wouldn’t tell her how many stitches she had.
