Just go to your local chemist, they have an excellent child specific range of thermometers. And they’re cheap

We bought a Braun digital thermometer when my daughter was born. We are still using it nowadays, and she’s almost 14 years old! 🙂
I would advice you to go with a good brand. Check ebay.com.au to compare prices.
