The last Father’s Day we gave only alsohol. With my husband being from Northern Ireland we bought an Irish whiskey and 4 different types of Irish beer packs, all together about $200

I purchased matching baseball caps for dad and bub.

The children always choose the present.

Fathers Day is much more low key as hub has to work anyway and my Dad doesn’t really believe in it . As for gifts I think it is much more simpler to choose as it could be as simple as a mans hankerchief , or a shirt/ tie etc. I guess a bottle of wine or his favourite alcohol is good if he drinks a bit . We are thinking of something small and special, possibly a special book.

This year I would go (for my husband) with a bottle of Port and some mixed nuts.

My dads no longer around and my kids are old enough to buy their own for their dad. My partner would enjoy a family BBQ, he’s not fussed with pressies
