Any tips to changing baby to sippy cup?

Start with water, because it will get messy. I found just offering sippy cups, and leaving them in the kids’ reach, meant they transitioned fairly quickly.

Just offer small amounts in the cup and don’t stress about it they will do it when they’re ready.
