Hello!

Okay I was at a teenage do last night, and noticed a particularly colourful idea. The lady had used plastic wine type glasses, with smarties, and some sorts of little wrapped chocolates, she had filled each one up, then on top had put a cupcake, for the ladies it had a shoe iced on top, for the guys it had a boat. Very colourful and seemed to lift the whole table full of goodies as well. Has anybody made these for little children. I guess you would use a small plastic type tumbler, and put a small amount in each with the cupcake, sunk a bit into the middle, otherwise to many sweets and hyping children up… You could also use a toothpick and put the names on for each person on a small square of paper, if you wanted to, with the name sort of flying above the cupcake.

  • I think filling the cups with little party favours eg: cards, cars & other small toys and THEN adding the cupcake would keep many kids happy.
And you can usually buy bags of mixed party favours cheaply in any party section of a supermarket or $2 store.
