  • Its hard when you get mold growth on an unwashable toy, I’ll be trying some of these ideas myself!

  • there are some good comments here

  • you have to soak it in salt water … alot of salt then let it dry and brush off

  • What did you find that worked?

  • what did you end up using?

  • Wow – some great suggestions for me try to out too!

  • Hope you had some success with some of the advice below.

  • Wow lots of interesting ways to do it thanks also

  • Vinegar, bi carb soda and lemon juice are what i use like others have said. But its also good to know about milton and eucalytus oil and tea tree oil. Lots of great ideas ladies.

  • Ohh the sour milk sounds interesting, I am going to try that myself.

  • Some great advice given below.

  • Use sour milk & put it in the sun to dry – the mould will disappear, then wash it as normal.

  • I used either white vinegar or a combination of vinegar and sodium bicarbonate to get mould off furnishings…works a treat

  • Bi carb, vinegar and lemon. Also, mould hates the sun and that will make the lemon bleach it.

  • Hope you have found a solution to the problem

  • Using spot c orange spray

  • Leman jus and solt use and rab

  • lemon juice, and dry in the full sun

  • Bi-carb.
