Hello!

I LOVE subway cookies, but can never seem to make something of the same standard. I’ve found a few recipes that are similar and taste really good, but they never seem to spread as much to turn out as chewy. Does anyone have a fool proof recipe for cookies like this they wouldn’t mind sharing? Pretty please :)

  • thanks for posting this question – I’ve never heard of subway cookies until this post.

  • I googled white chocolate and raspberry cookies a few weeks ago and the Subway recipe for White choc, rasp cheesecake cookies popped up. I made them, they were delicious! Definitely can’t stop at one

  • These are some great tips, will try myself

  • Awesome A recipe for an imitation Subway cookie in the recipes section on this site! Cool!

  • i think that you can also check out taste.com.au as they have plenty of great cookie/biscuit ideas on there

  • yeah i was going to suggest the recipe on here.

  • I’ve found the premade cookie dough mix is the closest to subway cookies. It comes in a small roll but if you cut the slices thickly you can push it down with a fork to make it a larger cookie which bakes thin and crisp. My kids love them. You can find it in the fridge section of most supermarkets.

  • Have you asked at a Subway store? I know that their meatballs are excellent and the just buy them and then re-heat them, but maybe someone that works there knows where the dough is made? Would love to know too! Maybe it’s their ovens as well…

  • I do love an enormous cookie! :)

  • Check out the recipe for an imitation Subway cookie in the recipes section on this site. The recipe is pretty good! :)
