I hope you were successful in your healthy eating journey.

Hopefully anyone contemplating using any of these products does lots of research before buying and trying and spending their money.

I am not keen on any of these kind of products, only healthy eating and exercise works long term.

I know someone who did, and followed it strictly and had some success. Anything is worth a shot. Sometimes once you get those initial kilos off you feel more motivated

Wow, 20kgs in a year! You poor thing. I have a friend who had excellent results with Herbalife. Here hoping you have the same success

Just a little update Ladies – Its now been just over 2 weeks and i have lost 5 kilos. I feel heaps better and have way more energy. Hoping all goes to plan and i can loose this extra 25kg!

a friend of mine tried it and liked it, but like everything else it only works if you want it too. save your money and just buy healthy pig out snacks like fruit and nuts or sugar free yoghurt

I hope this works for you I’m curious on this product too as need to lose a lot of weight

My mum lost heaps of weight. But she did say she felt like a rattle with all the nutrient tablets. This was over 10 years ago so they may approach ir a bit different. But it worked.

Hi, Approx 2 years ago I sold Herbalife and had some amazing results from the product. Besides the obvious weightloss my clients felt so much healthier as well because of the added nutrients. Goodluck – I hope you have fantastic results!!

I tried Herbalife about 23yrs ago. I found it incredibly expensive, and frankly 5mths & $1600 later nothing had changed. I then tried it again 4yrs later & had the same results. It could have been me that was the problem, but this was my experience.

to be honest, this stuff has been around since I was knee high to a grasshopper, and I dont see how it is any good, else it would have been a lot more popular than it is today. and a lot better known.

I haven’t try this product but some friends successed to lose weight with this product.
