Did anyone else have trouble with reading eggs loading?
I just found out about YouTube Kids, planning to set it up while I am in hospital with the birth of my baby next fortnight.

Reading Eggs have some wonderful learning apps for children. Spelling, adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, sight words, telling time, etc.

Also Fisher Price has fantastic ones for babies and toddlers. 🙂

The fisher price apps are good for little ones 🙂

There are so many people posting on here about apps and iPads for their kids, as young as 12 months. What are we doing to our children by promoting this screen time?

There is a waltz Disney app you can get, my daughter loves it on her nanny iPad, learn to read, sing, colour-in, do puzzles etc.

There is stacks of free ones to choose from just keeping looking

there is an App called ‘App of the day’ its a free app that directs you to a daily free App that usually can cost anywhere from 99c to $10! its great its always something new and innovative and for all age groups too; one day it may be free toddler apps the next some fishing app for dads! I’ve picked up some real winners 🙂

You have been give some very useful answers. Generally I just go to the App Store and search under the heading I’m after and you can find an array of apps both free and not free.

“Eggy” reading apps are really great and come in different age ranges.

Choose from the App Store under the appropriate heading. Many games, productivity and educational Apps available.

You can easily read up those app reviews and decide 🙂

There are so many so it depends if you are after educational apps or some just for fun.an app I have for my kids is furby boom I have 9yr old boy and 7yr old girl and they both love it and it was free.lots of apps are free but some use internet(something I just found out)Itype in their age and boy or girl and it will come up with age appropriate games.
