I assume your baby is old enough to eat solids. I never gave my babies white breads and there are seeds in and on different bread typrs. A little bit won’t harm too much but too much isn’t good fot their still immature digestive system. It all comes down to what their gut can tolerate. Seeds are certainly not first foods.
If you’re not sure it’s best to check with an early childhood nurse. Most health care centres have a drop in time where you don’t have to book an appointment and you could ask questions like this.
Why would you want to feed a baby cumin seeds? You don’t mention bubs age, so it is difficult to answer. I would maybe if they were ground cumin seeds. I think if you fed whole ones they would just pass through whole anyway. Seek medical advice to be sure
