A dentist told me all whitening toothpastes are bad to use for your teeth. Avoid the toothpaste. Not sure about the in chair teeth whitening procedures.

Dental hygiene is important during pregnancy, but I have no idea about teeth whitening, not something I have considered during pregnancy.
