I use an eyeliner from Rimmel called Scandaleyes which is waterproof and does not run.

well i love maybelline because it is a cheaper brand! some of their eyeliners don’t stay but i use master liner from maybelline and this is the best that i have used. stays put! even when you are sweating.

I agree with the first comment. You may actually be allergic to one of the substances in it.
The packaging should state what is in it and what %. A slight variation in % can have different reactions too. I know a person who has a problem, to the point that she keeps the packet and checks what is in them even if she is buying the same brand. I don’t know how many times she has changed brands. She has a problem with other cosmetics too.

I have never been able to use eyeliner as it irritates my eyes. Priceline do have a huge range of products and they may have a good eyeliner.
