Australian destination ideas for wedding anniversary holiday?

Hello!

Our 10 year Wedding anniversary is coming up in January 2014. I am trying to work out a nice family destination for us (somewhere in Australia), we have 3 sons aged 8, 7 and 4. We live in Hunter Valley NSW, any Austrailan family destination ideas are welcomed 🙂

I’m sure, no matter where you decided to go, it would have been awesome. Australia is just jam packed with great places, lots of things to do and you’re guaranteed a great time

Depends on what you are into – coastal victoria has some great options and Wilsons Prom is also fantastic. NT adventure perhaps?

Thredbo is a awesome place and it has a bobsled and chairlift, we went there for our first, second and third anniversary

Lorne in Victoria is lovely. Hamilton Island is a beautiful destination.

Hamilton Island or the Whitsundays would be a lovely relaxing choice. I think quite a few of the resorts/accommodation would have a kids club as well.
