Hello!

We have a video monitor with 2 cameras but can only have on scam mode which you hear background noise all night. Can’t get a second video handset or they will cancel each other out. What can we do to hear both children if they call out without hearing static noise all night? Can’t find a solution…!

  • Sorry to say it, but I would be looking at buying a new one. If you can’t get this one to do what you want, it seems like the only solution

  • If they are wifi with cameras please keep in mind that they can be “hacked” by passing cars. I’ve read several articles about this happening. One Mum realised the camera was moving when she was changing her baby’s nappy. She looked out the window and there was a guy sitting in his car the other side of the road with equipment of some sort in his hand. I don’t know if it would happen in a room away from the front of the house? I don’t know if you could have 2 monitors to one monitor in your room without a problem. Or monitors on opposite sides of your room. Can you hear them bur not know which room the noise coming from at all?

  • Places like bbby bunting have a huge range with many on display that you can test out to see what works for you

  • I use an angelcare monitor. It is a great screen and flashes between the 2 cameras every 10 seconds. The only down fall is the battery life on the screen is rubbish but I just have it connected to a battery bank. Other then that it is great!
