  • Restavit from your chemist, maxalon and ondanzatron scripts, peppermint, ginger, lemonade, sea bands.

  • I’d start with ginger tea or uncrystallised ginger. If that doesn’t work, I’d ask my GP for suggestions.

  • I suggest you talk with your doctor. . 1st time pregnant, from 3 days started throwing up and kept that up whole time. Tried dry biscuits & soda water, no luck
2nd time went to doctor specifically for morning sickness. He was surprised that I had not said something 1st time around. But 1st time you do not know what to expect so bring it to doctors attention & ask questions why..Good luck.

  • I used to keep a nice fragance in my bag to smell when feeling sick. Not sure if this could help you. Worked for me 🙂

  • The only thing that cured mine was giving birth. Morning sickness is proof that God is a man who hates women.

  • Drink ginger tea throughout the day and it should settle your stomach.

  • Avoid triggers if possible. Eg the smell of food set me off. And eat whatever you fancy, even if it’s just an apple or a packet of chips. Drink lots of water
