Hello!

Do you still throw your teenagers birthday parties, and if so, what kind of parties? Slumber parties, movies, bowling, laser tag …?

  • We go more for a “treat” – two or three close friends to something like a movie and then dinner out.

  • My nephews and nieces don’t have themed parties anymore, but tend to have a few friends over and they just play video games and watch DVDs before ordering pizza and talking all night long for a sleep over!

  • ask what they want to do. maybe they just want to go to the pool, cinema , shopping etc.

  • We have had a pool/pizza party, a sleepover (several sleepovers actually), a camping trip, a shopping trip (for our daughter) and a movie party fir our kids when they were teens.

  • Thanks for the party ideas.

  • By this age its nice to get a few close friends together at the movies with pizza/burger afterwards – thats what my sister does with both of her teenage boys.

  • When my daughter turned 13 we had an ice skating party. One friend of her had a bouncing party, another a paintball party…
