Hello!

I was just wondering if you can save your favourite recipes from this site?  I absolutely love this site but was just wondering if there was a fast way to access recipes that you like?

  • I think that’s a great idea. I’ve been commenting on them to ‘bookmark’ them and then going back through the history to access them later. Creating a list of favourites would be so much easier!

  • I have been emailing them to myself with the link. There is no Favourite or Save button here .

  • If on your phone, you can screen shot the recipe and store. Or email to your computer. Or, if all else fails, there’s always writing them out by hand, an oldie but a goodie.

  • I was advised that you are supposed to be able to print them too. MOM are looking into the situation as there is no copyright on them at all. I thought that may be the issue. You can see the picture but the recipe itself goes completely black on the screen.

  • Thanks for all the tips everyone. I will think i will creat a bookmarks folder.
I definately think Mouth Of Mums should maybe have a look at a way we can save our favourite recipes or even stories so we can easily reference them. It would be a handy tool for all of us in future.

  • You should be able to use the bookmarks tab on your computer to save the pages to a folder. Usually it is the star, top right of the address tab where you can create the folder and then save pages when you are on them. If you are unsure, try a google search for how to add bookmarks according to the type of computer you have and you should be able to find step by step instructions. hope that helps

  • A lot of the recipes you can pin on a pintrest board, I have mouths of mum board with all my favourites.

  • I bookmark my favorite recipes on my iPhone :)

  • i just bookmark the page for later use

  • Some of these suggestions are good and I like the idea of making a digital folder as suggested by JODIEV19809.

  • That would be a really useful tool if we had our own folder to put them in.

  • What I do is copy and paste is to a word document.

  • You can print and place them in a folder.

  • Not a dumb question. Some computers have a “screen shot” or “print screen” option on the keyboard, or you can do it on your phone.

This is how if you have an iphone: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT200289

  • Dumb question..how do you screen shot?

  • I’d like to do this too. I have printed some off for my recipe folder.

  • I just save the link to a file on my computer. I’ve read that others take screen shots.
