Hello!

Can anyone please share a tried and tested chocolate mousse recipe? My husband wants to have a homemade one. I have searched the internet but it’s flooded with so many different ones. Are there anyone could recommend, that they have tried and loved?

  • I do the whole beat the egg whites, carefully fold through etc Then my daughter in law introduced me to cheats choc mousse. Whip up your cream. Melt chocolate and cool slightly. Then fold through cream. Yum! And you can add flavourings like orange liquor or Baileys…

  • Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Stir through melted chocolate. It’s so simple and so delicious, you won’t believe it. I didn’t until I tried it

  • I make them with cocoa powder, cream and some avocado.
