I’m a big fan of secret Santa! We do it with both families but still buy presents for each of the kids. We have a budget of $150 and you write a wish list so you can get lots of little presents or one big decent one. We’ve done this for several years now and it works for us.

I prefer to buy for all at Christmas time but we still have many kids in the family. As they get older a Secret Santa would be better I think.
